Opportunity Assessment:Complete assessment of facility systems and equipment in order to identify energy efficiency options. Includes:
– Analysis of facility & equipment, including energy use breakdown
– Low to no cost tips to improve facility energy efficiency
Feasibility Study: A detailed technical and financial analysis for the specific retrofits the building is ready to undertake.
Electrical Planning Report (EPR): It is mandatory for strata complexes to complete an EPR to document the electrical capacity and needed upgrades for strata across the province of BC.
EV Ready Plan: A strategy that provides a minimum of one EV Ready parking space per residential unit – future-proofing your building to provide all residents with a simple process to access EV charging at their parking space.
